Are you not getting results in the gym? I’ma give you the 2 most common reasons why. It’s going to be “simple” but the action/ change will be difficult (but doable)
REASON 1:
-You’re not eating enough protein. Look, look, look!! Don’t move on from this. THIS IS NOT A JOKE* +95% of the men I’ve coached the past decade have came into my systems and thought they was eating more protein then they actually was. A simple fix… track the protein for 1 week on MyfitnessPal. If you’re not getting 1g per (desired) body weight you’re leaving gainz on the table! Now listen, this means DAILY* everyday. Cause here is what happens, bro. You’re 185 lbs and you will eat 175-185g protein Monday through Friday (so you’re fairly close… I’m not looking for perfection here.) BUT…come Saturday and Sunday you might eat out a couple meals. Eating out = NEVER getting enough protein in. This leads to you eating 100ish G protein per day OR LESS… over the span of 2 days. Now you’re 160+g short for the week! THAT’S NEARLY 1 WHOLE DAY OF MISSED PROTEIN.
Reason 2:
-You’re lacking intensity, BRO. This is often the case. You go into the gym and go through the motions a few days a week. You get a little pump and feel “good” but you’re not getting the results you want. I bet you’re leaving 20-30+% on the table with every set. The lack on intention is plaguing your progress. YOU GOTTA PUSH IT! I don’t think “sweating” = “good workout” But on the other side I am sweating during my sets. EVEN when I’m doing sets of 6-7 reps. That’s the level of intensity we are looking for. (Also, for the record… not everyday is gonna be your best day. Some days are just going to be going through the motions. Something is better then nothin)
