YOU CAN MAKE IT SIMPLE
Now, let’s say you only have 20-30 mins a day for training. YOU CAN NOT MAKE IT TO THE GYM. This season of life is THAT BUSY. Legit, I get it. I been there.
Heres exactly what I would do if I had only 30 mins a day to workout:
Day 1: interval sprints. Run 10 seconds. Walk/jog 50 seconds. Repeat
Day 2: Body weight workout. Push ups, pull ups, dips, sit ups, chin ups. I’d stack up as much volume as possible with quality reps
Day 3: Zone 2 cardio. Ruck or jog for 30 mins
Day 4: I’d have a set of 30lb D bells. Would curl, press over head, row, do tricep extensions and upright rows. Repeat for 30 mins
Day 5: Full body. I’d throw the ruck on to do squats, lunges and side lunges. + would do more body weight work like push ups, dips, chin us and pull ups.
If you do this you’ll feel great and move even better. You’ll be feeling ENERGIZED after your workouts- NOT DRAINED.
