Dude, I tell ya what… training for the murph is both humbling and practical. I am in such a “FULL” season of life. A new born in the home, 12 year old, running the business, getting my camper ready for summer, getting the yard ready for spring. Everyday it’s something… CAN I GET AN AMEN?
Murph training is mostly body weight + a 20lb weighted vest. I’m training from home. Sometimes I only have a 15 min gap to get it in. Then later I’ll have a 30-40 min gap. It’s like Bruce Lee said
