At the start not that I know of, but you might be able to camp at the finish! They run shuttles from the finish to the start the morning of the race. So you could camp overnight before the race at the finish and then shuttle to the start from there. I’m not entirely sure though since I didn’t camp, we stayed in an Airbnb and I just had my crew drop me at the start

I wasn’t able to make it to training camp, but I still learned a lot from the sidelines.
