Find a Way
Imagine this…
You’re a father, coach your kids sports, travel and commute for work and in a position of leadership in your company. You have a packed full calendar. But still want to accomplish personal fitness goals. Your time is extremely limited so every minute counts.
This is my friend Ryan & he just crushed a 155+ mile bike event! Second year in a row

Crazy part… Ryan is not a “biker” he just loves the challenges!!
If anyone doesn’t have time… IT’S HIM!!
But instead of making the excuse of “no having time” Ryan finds a way
He looks for opportunities to improve his fitness/ get a workout in.
He’ll wear his ruck when coaching youth sorts.
If a ref doesn’t show up he’ll ref the game
He takes the stairs…
When he travels for work he always walks around the towns to get steps in
He’ll fast instead of eating the confrence food and junk
It’s this kind of mindset that leads a healthy life
We did not take a traditional approach to this bike event. Ryan DID NOT LIVE ON THE BIKE. Remember… his goals are not to be the best bike rider. His goals:
Goal= GET FIT(er). Be CAPABLE OF DOING ANYTHING AT ANYTIME
Lift, run, ruck, bike, Carry things. Literally, no stone left upturned. Seize any moment to improve fitness.
& that exactly what he did!
Ryan improved his overall fitness and crushed the event.
With more then enough energy to cheer others along the way
Awesome testimonial for the DO HARD THINGS approach to fitness (& life)
