Even if you are not going to do the murph these are great CHECK DOWN workouts. The workouts can be performed most anywhere. Never feel discouraged when you can’t make it to the gym. Never let that be a reason to not move the body.

Q1 is over! 4 Quarters to a year. How’d you wrap up the first? Spring is HERE and it’s time to shift a gear or get back on the wagon! Let’s set a summer goal. A race, a lift, an event, a time to take your shirt off and feel good about it. That might be a wedding or a vacation. Put the date on the calendar… LETS GO GET IT! You’d be surprised what 3 months of hard work can do!
