Off We Went
Lessons in Spontaneity
Man, it really is a great morning! I've been away for the most part for the last 10-ish days. We first started off our nomadicness in the RV, camping at the greatest spectacle in racing — THE INDY 500! Dude, there really isn't anything like it. 350,000+ people all gathered around and having a good time. It was the closest finish in Indy 500 history, too. I drank a lot of beers and had a lot of fun. My wife (who's just as much of a hillbilly as me) says it's our "Yearly Honeymoon." Hell yeah, baby!

Lesson 1: Can you really share lessons from a weekend of degeneracy? Of course you can!
Let your hair down. Take your girl out and have some fun. We only have a few more rotations left around the sun.
So we got home on Monday, pulling the RV up into the driveway, and we both knew the weekend had yet to end. We went ahead and had ourselves a "nap time party." This was us having a few beers and listening to 90's country while our toddler napped. He even gave us a few hours! He woke up and we played in the water in the backyard. We decided then it'd be best to get off grid for the rest of the week. Hell, the camper was already packed up and the vibes were rolling just the way they're supposed to be at the end of May with the sun shining at 80 degrees after a long cold winter. We called our favorite campground and got us a spot for the next day through the weekend. Off we went!
Lesson 2:
You gotta be spontaneous. There must be room for this in life! Man… ain't it true? This modern way of living is so rigid. Always demanding something from us every single day. It's up to you and I to say "NOT TODAY! I'm gonna do what I like instead." Be spontaneous!
So off we went the next afternoon. Both my wife and I had a few adult things to knock out before we left — she had to cut all of her family's hair (she was once a hairstylist and still cuts a few heads for family and close friends). Then we took off, heading an hour west from home. It rained the whole way there, but God happened to part the skies right as we arrived. I got us set up in no time, and we were right back into the fun.
The time went by fast… damn we had a blast.

..and now I’m back in the saddle. Sitting at the local coffee shop drinking 5 shots of espresso. My mind is clear and my heart is full. It’s been my pleasure to share some of my life with you.
With Love
Zach
