In 2009 I created a mission statement for my life- “Lift weights and Help People”

Early in life I had a strong passion for physical fitness and encouraging the people around me. Like a tree with branches, my life has grown in many different ways. At the base it’s still the same. I love lifting weights and helping people. Thats why I’m here. Over the years I’ve built across multiple media channels (Snapchat +20k, IG +17k, Twitter +91k and now I’m here to share perspectives on Substack!)

All the things above are great for personal recognition and social proof. But what good is it to win in the world but lose in the home? That’s never been my vibe.

What I am most proud of: I’m a father, husband and #1 hype man to the homies. A believer in The Lord Jesus Christ.
