Training for the MURPH has consisted of many different variations of body weight training
I call this one THE 300. I do many different variations of 300 reps and its always BRUTAL
Today’s 300 Workout:
100 air squats
100 push ups
50 pull ups
50 dips
A killer workout that got the heart rate up! Almost puked… granted, I had just ate greezy diner food (do not recommend)
I had calls this day which meant I was able to get in 4 hours of RUCKING (20lbs)
If I didn’t have that much time I would have went on a 45 min run.
Total time =60-65mins! (Includes the RUN)
I’ll be throwing different workouts, challenges and training ideas at you the following weeks to prep for the MURPH! Even if you’re not doing the MURPH you’ll be able to take a ton of ideas from this style of training.
PRESSED ON TIME?! Me too..
Training from home saves commute time. For me… it’s nearly an hour of total saved time* Thats exactly why I’ve been doing more training from the garage. With a family and the baby coming any day… my presence is needed in the home.
If you’re in a similar season of life I’d highly encourage getting the AT HOME SET UP. The same one from the video above can be found here: THE SET UP
THEFIT Home gym has extended my email list/ Substack a temporary $30 off code. Follow “THE SET UP” link above!
